This notice covers the personal data of visitors to the taltosreklam.hu website, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination.

Enquiries and quote requests. The contact form opens the visitor’s own e-mail program; you send us your name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your message by e-mail. The purpose is to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote; the legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest (point (f)). We keep the data for up to 12 months after the enquiry is closed, or, if a contract is concluded, for the statutory retention period.

Job postings. Applications to job postings must be sent to the e-mail address of the employer named in the posting; our website does not collect application data, which is handled by the named employer under its own notice.

Cookies. Our website uses only the technical storage that is strictly necessary for it to work (e.g. remembering your cookie choice, 365 days). Statistics (Google Analytics) cookies are set only with your prior consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); ePrivacy). You can withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

The website is operated and hosted by a contracted service provider that processes data only on our instructions. We do not pass personal data to third parties except where required by law. If you consent, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) processes visit statistics with anonymised IP addresses.

You may request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing).
